We will get back to you within 36 hours maximum. Please keep in mind that we are a boutique artisan perfumer and keep in mind that it may take more time than other bigger businesses to get back to you. However, rest assured that while we are a small company, your satisfaction is very important to us.
After placing your Asana Natural Perfumes order, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via e-mail. We appreciate your patience as shipments are processed weekly.
Please allow 7 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with a tracking number of your shipment.
All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable and no returns are possible. If the scent you have chosen is not to your liking, we suggest giving it to a friend or family member as scents are very personal and we are sure you will agree… subjective!
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, Asana Natural Perfumes reserves the right to charge an additional shipping cost to re-ship the order if it is determined that the purchaser was at fault.
If the wrong perfume has been sent to you (we strive to keep errors to a bare minimum!), we will request that you please send us a picture via email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number, name and address.
Upon receipt and acknowledgment of our error, we will send you the correct perfume roll on you order free of charge.
If you made a mistake while ordering and ordered the wrong product, we cannot unfortunately refund you or make an exchange.
Domestic Shipping to Canada:
We use Canada Mail XpresspostTM (with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TRACKING NUMBER) for all shipping within the continental Canada addresses.
Standard shipping time is from 1 to 3 business days based on your location.
Asana Natural Perfumes is not responsible for lost or stolen items through the Canadian or United States Post Office.
If an order is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping address or non-availability of recipient to accept delivery (in cases where we require signature confirmation) or due to refusal to accept shipment, we will contact you to confirm the correct address.
If the order has been unopened and still in good conditions, we will refund you minus a 10% service fee or ship again to the correct address. If you decide to have the product shipped again to the correct address we will have to charge shipping cost again as this will be a brand new shipping charge from the post office.
Shipping To USA:
We will ship via Tracked PacketTM – USA with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation tracking number and delivery time is Delivery in 4 –7 days1 . Delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres and depend on origin and destination. Delivery standards are in business days, not calendar days. Some exceptions apply.
PLEASE NOTE: There may be additional charges such as duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government for your order as it is coming from outside of your country.
All our products are shipped out of Montreal, Canada.
Any duties and/or taxes charged by your postal service and/or government are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what duties and/or taxes are applicable for each specific country. Shipments are typically delayed when they reach customs. We are not responsible for any orders seized by local customs. We will not accept returns or issue credits for products shipped for any reason.
This includes the following reasons:
- Package unclaimed
- Delivery refused
- Customer unable or unwilling to pay Customs fees and taxes
- Package is rejected by Customs and returned
- Any other reasons
At this time, we are only shipping to Canada or USA. If you live outside these areas please contact us with your full postal address for international shipping rates at email@example.com
